He works closely with the Martini Estate team to dive into the customs of winemaking and food to create new offerings of endless possibilities. Our culinary team is seeking Full or Part-Time seasonal Line Cooks who will provide basic support in executing kitchen duties to include ingredient preparation, dish preparation/plating, and kitchen sanitation. In addition, this role supports the kitchens efforts in managing health and safety code standards, sleans dishes, polishes glass, and actively engages in the weekly major cleaning of the Compensation:
