As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence for our precision measurement and automation solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and applications engineers, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Hexagon at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data to ensure visibility into pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing software space.
  • Strong technical understanding of metrology, automation, CAD/CAM, and precision manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • Experience selling Hexagon products or competitive solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
