Inserting Operator/Mailroom (3-11PM - Getzville, NY) Job Details: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST Overtime possible but not required * Duration: 3 months with possibility for extension or permanent placement Position Purpose: The Inserting Operator will operate and maintain mail production equipment to create mail pieces, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Tasks include inspecting production pieces and making necessary adjustments for smooth machine operation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience operating mechanical inserters in a mail production facility. Manufacturing or retail experience. Familiarity with USPS postal regulations is strongly preferred. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities:* Operate inserters, folding machines, cutters, and bindery equipment to produce mail pieces. Maintain and inspect equipment according to provided maintenance schedules. Perform quality checks during production to ensure compliance. Meet productivity standards and maintain an organized workflow. Prepare completed mailings for delivery to the Post Office. Work Environment:* Friendly, laid-back, and collaborative team. Comfortable dress code. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
