This is a long-term and stable contract; potential to convert FTE. *Description* This person will work on the Identity Services Team, like a Tier 2 Helpdesk team, to help close tickets in their Cherwell que. They are averaging about 100 tickets/week with the 3 person team they have there right now. They need someone that will hit the ground running. Active Directory is going to be huge and they must be familiar with creating accounts and managing groups.
