You Are:

The Lead Digital Imaging Specialist acts as the primary liaison between the local Digital Imaging Department and assigned clients as well as upholding quality standards to ensure deliverables are to client specifications. This role performs post-production activities, while also overseeing a team of Imaging Specialist including workflow, workload allocation, alignment to creative/technical specifications and collaboration with production team.

The Work:

  • Develop and maintain contact and project integrity for the assigned clients
  • Maintain the quality control and standards of images. Retouch files, as needed
  • Responsible for collection of technical specification and deadline from assigned jobs and projects
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to provide smooth job cycles and to help provide unparalleled customer service to our clients
  • Communicate with and receive direction from the Post Production Specialist working closely with other Leads to ensure deadlines are met and clients needs are understood and satisfied
  • Support peer teams to improve efficiency, quality, service, and profitability
  • Proactively assist in problem solving within team and across department
  • Organize job assets and reference material
  • Train and provide support for Imaging Specialists on assigned accounts
  • Serve as main contact for clients and Imaging Specialist upon Post Production Specialists absence
  • Responsible to keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates
  • Continually develop retouching skills
  • Prepare images for client delivery
  • Comply with all work processes and procedures to meet the desired end result
  • Work successfully within a close, collaborative team environment and must exhibit professional conduct consistent with the values of the Agency

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team of Retouchers/Imaging Specialist and client engagements
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining repeatable & consistent scalable workflows
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in retouching, color correction and all areas of digital imaging production

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program
  • Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions, and nondestructive workflow
  • Some video editing experience is a plus
  • Experience in pre-press, CMYK color space and proofing
  • Solid foundation of color theory and composition
  • Strong knowledge of Macintosh based equipment within a network environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact on a professional level
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, FTP
  • Ability to make sound decisions with limited information; ability to work independently in a team environment
  • Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows, and information

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
