Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development success in the HVAC industry, and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. This role will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analytics:Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enter new markets, channels, and geographies.
  • Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Growth:Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product management teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Reporting:Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new markets and geographies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
