We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Management Reporting Lead to prepare and deliver accurate management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis. This role is pivotal in driving the future of finance within our organization, ensuring data quality and standardization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale finance programs, building dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence tools as this role requires a deep understanding of data management, financial analysis, and cross-functional program management.

Essential Functions

• Management Reporting DevelopmentLead the team, including collaboration with the Finance Systems team, to develop and distribute standardized reports and dashboards (including UI/UX) to support corporate, business unit, and regional leadership.
• Reporting Repository ManagementManage the repository of existing reports and KPIs, rationalizing where needed to ensure a streamlined and efficient reporting process.
• Reporting Delivery StrategyDevelop and oversee the execution of a robust reporting delivery strategy and methods (e.g., bursting, self-service). This strategy will empower stakeholders with timely and accurate data, enhancing their decision-making capabilities.
• Continuous ImprovementDefine an intake strategy to prioritize new requests for reports and enhancements to existing reports in close cooperation with the Insight Production team. This continuous improvement approach ensures our reporting capabilities evolve with the business needs.
• Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and ensure their needs are met. Effective stakeholder management is crucial for aligning reporting outputs with business objectives and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Global Team ManagementOversee the management of a globally and geographically diverse team to ensure finance meets key deliverables by coordinating efforts across various regions to maintain consistency and accuracy in management reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications

*10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

*12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

*Extensive experience in data management and reporting, including proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and other MS Power Suite tools.

*Understanding of financial analysis and cross-functional program management.

*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

*Proven track record of managing large-scale finance programs with cross-functional exposure.

*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

*Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.

*Experience in building and managing dashboards for financial reporting and analysis, providing clear and concise visualizations of complex data.

*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, driving business performance and innovation.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 145,400 to 234,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
