The Learning Solutions integration Specialist is critically important to the collaborative but rapid development of virtual, engaging learning experiences to replace, extend and/or enhance ground-based instruction. The role is responsible for researching, testing, planning for and implementation of innovative digital learning solutions. This role ensures smooth exam administration by coordinating proctoring setup and review, troubleshooting exam-related issues, and supporting faculty in launching and accessing exam results. The Exam Coordinator serves as the primary liaison with the exam vendor, maintaining strong partnerships and resolving any operational challenges to ensure a seamless testing experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience.

    • 2 years' experience working in education or healthcare preferred.


  • Experience with integration of technical learning or training solutions.
  • Experience in supporting end users in using technical learning solutions preferred.
  • Experience in an academic environment preferred.



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (A full job description will be provided during interview process):



  • Assist with learning solutions

    • Strategize, develop, and implement effective processes for managing learning solutions systems, with a focus on long-term sustainability and efficiency.
    • submit resource acquisition documents within deadlines.
    • Serve as back-up trainer to the Nurse Education Specialist as it relates to faculty and student training. Providing additional support as needed to faculty.
    • Respond to an analyze elevated issues related to digital learning solutions where applicable.
    • Set up virtual classes for all courses, faculty and campuses.
    • Enroll and invite faculty to their virtual classes while tracking engagement and responses.


  • Triage/problem-solve issues related to digital learning solutions integration

    • Troubleshoot and resolve digital learning integration issues through clear communication and information sharing.
    • Collaborate with exam vendors to maintain relationships and resolve operational concerns.
    • Partner with AVP of Instructional Design and Delivery on escalated issues that have interdependencies


  • Manage exam and proctoring processes

    • Use professional judgement to elevaluate student testing incidents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Address misconduct cases as it relates to faculty usage of the system, collaborate with faculty on their role and appropriate processes. Escalate serious incidents when necessary.
    • Maintain master exam template (standard exam settings, timing, delivery dates)
    • Track and document all revisions and modifications made to exams.
    • Assist with remote proctoring processes where applicable
    • Manage exam orders, scheduling, and setup of exam settings
