Opportunity Details:



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. Shifts are 7:45a-11:45a and 1:45p-4:45p. This position is Temporary May - June, with opportunity to remain employed following June.
  • Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $17.50 - $19.00 per hour.

Essential Job Responsibilities:



  1. Drives company vehicle to transport residents.
  2. Provides assistance to passengers getting in and out of vehicle.
  3. Ensures passengers are secure with seat belt or wheel chair tie down.
  4. Complies with local traffic regulations.
  5. Performs daily vehicle pre and post trip inspections, taking appropriate action based on findings. Maintains mileage and maintenance logs.
  6. Keeps vehicle clean and follows routine maintenance guidelines.
  7. Provides punctual service to clients.



Minimum Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience driving passenger or commercial vehicles
  • Senior Care Experience
  • Commercial Driver's license preferred
