Description Atmosphere Commercial Interiors is looking for an Architectural Consultant that will be responsible for generating leads through his/her established contacts in the A&D, CRE, and GC community. This role will support sales objectives and the sales team by being an expert on the product features and benefits, how they impact a client's facility goal, learning client's needs by professionally presenting the product, creating solutions, and working together with the rest of the team to implement the projects within time and profit objectives. This role reports to the: Director of Sales Job Responsibilities
- Establishing own network of relationships within the A&D, CRE, GC and commercial end user community to promote the sale of the architectural product portfolio, as well as enhance Atmosphere's network of business partners.
- Develop and executing pre-construction service and sales engineering strategies in addition to developing new architectural products business through prospecting, networking, and servicing existing accounts.
- Responsible for promotion and sale of architectural products and services, discovering new business opportunities, and driving furniture sales through architectural product sales.
- Developing lasting relationships through continual contact with potential clients, while focusing on the relationships at the executive level.
- Promoting unconventional solutions.
- Understanding and completing the lengthy project cycle.
- Work with leadership team and associates within other departments to lend support, expertise, and recommendations based off project needs.
- Work with the install/delivery and service staff to carry out the project requirements.
- Excellent communicator who is collaborative and works well cross functionally.

Requirements Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors' degree or equal experience.
- 5+ years of sales/project manager experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel outside of the office, including occasional overnight travel.
- Personal character in accordance with company's core values and beliefs.
- Required to pass a drug and background check.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Proven background of sales performance with selling of construction or architectural products.
- Construction and facilities experience and business knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of architectural products portfolio and how it integrates into the construction process.
- Fundamental understanding of an extended sale cycle.
- Strong financial skills and understanding of lifecycle costing.
- Broad exposure and understanding of developing sales strategies.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple disciplines within an account/project, including executive level, facilities, and the project team.
