Fulfillment Specialist - Manufacturing | Jersey Village, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:

Staffmark is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist for our manufacturing client in Jersey Village, TX. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in warehouse operations and order processing. The Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders for fulfillment
  • Pick and pack products accurately while ensuring quality and packaging standards
  • Use warehouse management systems to update order status and maintain inventory records
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to meet shipping deadlines and process improvements
  • Conduct quality checks on orders before shipment to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (as needed)
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Requirements:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Experience in the fastener manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
