Advantage Technical is excited to partner with an industry-leading manufacturer in search of a driven Warehouse Associate in Ayer, MA. In this role, you'll be safely operating a forklift to transport, store, and organize finished products and materials, and perform light housekeeping and inventory tasks in accordance with warehouse procedures. Pay: $22/hr. (plus $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift)

Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Safely operates a forklift to transport finished products to designated warehouse spaces.
  • Loads empty pallets and plastic storage flats for return to the manufacturing location.
  • Tags full pallets accurately and communicates daily with warehouse and production supervisors.
  • Receives and stores incoming items according to established procedures.
  • Maintains an organized and safe storage area, including proper handling of returned products.
  • Keeps assigned areas, such as the yard and warehouse, clean and orderly.
  • Completes daily pre-trip inspection checklists and ensures prompt reloading of route trucks.


Qualifications: Two years of forklift experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
