Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced analytical and managerial support, detailed research/analysis, value maximization of programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in efficiency, productivity, and quality, providing daily guidance, training, and leadership to enhance analytical practices.
  • Drive the improvement of business analysis processes and mentor teams in analyzing trends and variances. Provide leadership in leveraging data for predictive analytics and advanced forecasting methods to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leads ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, driving initiatives that support continued business growth.
  • Helps formulate and apply new methodologies to drive efficiencies in reporting and analysis, contributing to team learning.
  • Leads the preparation and presentation of reporting metrics to senior management, business stakeholders, and key clients, focusing on executive level summaries.
  • Supports strategic planning for Account Managers by assisting in administrative tasks and strategic client engagements.
  • Leads the onboarding of new members, focusing on system accuracy and data reporting integrity across teams.
  • Leads the management of DCN, Hierarchy, and Subscription for members, overseeing monthly audits and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Works with the business to define requirements for CRM and MPower enhancements and collaborates through LPM to prioritize project delivery.
  • Manages UAT of new CRM and MPower product developments, ensuring adoption from internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years experience (preferably within the Hospitality or related industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to clearly present information through the spoken and written word, and influence others through oral presentation
  • Ability to build effective long-term interpersonal relationships proactively across functions both within Foodbuy and the hospitality industry, working with others towards mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Strong influencing skills-must be able to persuade people's attitudes, behaviors and decisions to desired results.
  • Proven project management experience including the ability to manage details and prioritize multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic, high-energy individual with positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach in their role
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement services; Food and non-food distribution experience a plus
  • Prior related experience with Dynamics 365, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), eProcurement, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, and other Microsoft applications preferred.
  • Financial or trend analysis experience preferred.
  • Supplier and customer interaction experience preferred.
  • A strong technical acumen, including the ability to translate technical language to a non-technical audience.
  • A strong understanding of the financial, commercial, technological, and social aspects of GPOs and the competitive environment
  • Mastery of detail orientation, not only in analyzing data but also in guiding and training others to maintain meticulous attention to detail in all analytical processes.
  • Demonstrates superior communication skills, guiding teams through complex data interpretations and strategic implications.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% required.
