Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A / BI Analyst to join our Corporate - Finance/Administration Team remotely from home. YOUR IMPACT CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required. The FP&A / BI Analyst must possess expertise in Power BI to support our operations, treasury, financial planning and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analytics, Power BI reporting and financial modeling to help drive strategic decision-making and business performance. The FP&A / BI Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, business development and operations, to deliver timely and insightful financial reports. This key finance role will design, build, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports; continuously improve and streamline financial processes, leveraging Power BI and other tools to automate routine tasks; analyze large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve financial performance; and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with variance analysis between actual results and forecasted numbers. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $95,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
