CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A / BI Analyst to join our Corporate - Finance/Administration Team remotely from home.

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The FP&A / BI Analyst must possess expertise in Power BI to support our operations, treasury, financial planning and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analytics, Power BI reporting and financial modeling to help drive strategic decision-making and business performance. The FP&A / BI Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, business development and operations, to deliver timely and insightful financial reports.

This key finance role will design, build, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports; continuously improve and streamline financial processes, leveraging Power BI and other tools to automate routine tasks; analyze large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve financial performance; and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with variance analysis between actual results and forecasted numbers.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

• Proven experience (5+ years) in FP&A, data analytics, or related field, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and analysis is essential
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Deltek, Adaptive Planning) is a plus
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting
• Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform in-depth data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the financial impact of business decisions

$85,000 - $95,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
