The Opportunity: The UCF Student Success and Well-Being (SSWB) Office of Student Care Services is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director of Student Care Services (SCS). The primary responsibility of this role is to provide mental health services that reduce barriers and create opportunities for greater academic success and well-being. This position provides oversight and management of the student of concern process for students facing mental health crisis. The Associate Director, SCS will oversee and coordinate on and off campus referrals and resources for students, mandatory processes and procedures, and work thoroughly to follow up after the immediate crisis. This position supports the Division of SSWB in helping the university ensure the safety of the university community, while balancing the needs, well-being, retention, persistence, and graduation of students. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ year(s) of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
