Gorman & Company is searching for a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern who's eager to dive into the world of recruitment, hiring strategies, and talent development. What You'll Do:
- Get hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting-sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support job postings, applicant tracking, and HR data management
- Assist in employer branding, social media recruiting, and career fair coordination
- Research industry hiring trends and talent strategies
- Help develop job descriptions and analyze hiring needs
- Provide general HR support, including data entry, file maintenance, and organizing digital candidate records
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruiting, hiring, and people operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and eager to take initiative
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR tools is a plus, but not required
