Pay: $20 - $23 per hour Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 10 PM - 6:30 AM Requirements:
Maintenance Technician Job Duties Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems in commercial properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Analyze findings during maintenance and recommend changes based upon findings. Complete assigned work orders and document completion. Perform repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment. Maintain a safe and clean workspace. Employee Benefits:
