Team/Job Summary: Within NOA's IT: Infrastructure & Operations department, the Service Desk team provides help desk services, installs and supports desktop computer hardware as well as software and other equipment. This job is the first point of technical support contact for internal customers to assist with technology needs, including taking calls, handling tickets generated from customers and support teams, and performing moderately complex technical analysis.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

* Requires up to three (3) years of related experience.

* Solid understanding of Microsoft client technologies, including Windows and Active Directory

* Ability to perform workstation imaging and troubleshooting.

* Experience working on problems of basic to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, while following proper escalation procedures.

* Solid understanding of technology principles and operating methods.

* Familiar with Dell hardware and HP printers.

* Familiar with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets

* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field or IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base pay range of $28.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
