  • Estimated annual base pay: $82,720 (minimum) - $103,400 (midpoint) - $124,080 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Master Scheduler, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Master Scheduler has the responsibility of establishing, managing, reviewing and maintaining a valid schedule for selected items. This position will have a great impact on internal/external customer service, supply chain, inventory, material and capacity planning and requires minimal supervision. What You Will Be Doing
  • Identifies, negotiates and resolves conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.
  • Quotes deliveries dates for sales requests within the defined lead time.
  • Actively works on reducing inventory/ lead times, production improvements, and efficiencies.
  • Creates planning BOM's and looks for ways to add phantoms and change BOM structure to improve production efficiency.
  • Interacts with customers and sales in SIOP meetings.
  • Identifies initial constraints and assists team with possible corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • With a degree, a minimum of 3years experience in a scheduling role required; without a degree a minimum of 7 years' experience in a scheduling role required.
  • APICS (Association of Production and Inventory Control society), or other certification preferred.
  • Greenbelt certification preferred.
  • Understands and maintains a master production schedule with the ability to use and revise that schedule to achieve business objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of WISE/Cincom/SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII).
  • Solid knowledge of Planning functions/roles.
