We are looking for a highly motivated National Partner Manager to join our Americas Partner Organization. This role is responsible for supporting Elastic's efforts to work with a national partner business plan and execution that is highly strategic to the company's long-term goals.

The Partner Manager will develop, enable, and support CDW in order to drive partner sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue. We want energetic, innovative, and results-oriented partner leaders.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Engage and grow the Elastic business with CDW to support our business goals and to execute partner sales strategies specific to the Americas region
  • Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement with CDW sellers and technical leaders.
  • Work closely with our direct sales teams on development, tracking, and reporting goals and objectives, forecasts, key metrics and definitions of success with CDW
  • Negotiate and close channel and partnership contracts as required for engagement with the partner.
  • Create and drive overall partner strategy and business plan for coverage with the partner, including the potential development of an Elastic practice within CDW.
What You Bring Along:
  • Energetic, smart, self-directed, and passionate business development and channels professional.
  • Experience and proven success in building a joint business plan with the named partner.Extensive network with CDW and a willingness to travel when needed to accelerate sales
  • Experience recruiting, enabling, and leading a network of SI and channel partners with direct personal involvement
  • Exposure to and expertise in building channel networks from the ground up
  • Demonstrated success growing the impact of channel results through increased lead growth or bookings growth
  • Experience negotiating channel agreements and designing channel programs
  • Understanding of analytics, search, or big data markets / products or ability to learn quickly
Bonus Points:
  • Masters or MBA is a plus

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).

The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below.This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$129,000-$204,000 USD

The typical starting Target Variable range for this role is:

$55,200-$87,400 USD

The typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is:

$184,200-$291,400 USD
