JOB DESCRIPTION
The Big Ten Network is searching for a Director of Post-Production to join their team in Chicago. The Director has a critical role at the Big Ten Network leading and managing the B1G Network's post-production department, which edits content across multiple departments of the organization. The Director will lead a high performing team of fulltime and freelance editors to deliver outstanding content for Big Ten Network viewers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for editing the highest profile projects for B1G Network Originals with a focus on our documentary series, The B1G Story. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
