Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and administration for Epicor ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level II helpdesk issues, assisting users with application-related challenges.
  • Work with the Project Module in Epicor Classic or Epicor Kinetic, offering specialized knowledge beyond basic user experience.
  • Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to improve operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and customize application functionalities based on business needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the scalability of IT systems in a growing organization.

Requirements:

  • Epicor ERP expertise (beyond user-level experience); familiarity with the Project Module is required.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
