What you'll do:

We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across plant equipment and facilities. Your work ensures maximum equipment uptime and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment (welders, pumps, motors, hand tools, etc.)
Replace switches, sensors, valves, and other control devices
Complete work orders, inspections, and documentation
Fabricate or modify equipment as needed
Operate basic shop tools (mill, lathe, grinders, drill press)
Follow safety protocols and support 5S standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Operate forklift (license required)

What you need to be successful:

HS Diploma or GED
4+ years of maintenance experience
1+ year in HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical (120V-480V)
Forklift experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
Must lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
Valid driver's license required
