DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will receive and prepare Driver and Vehicle Services source documents for image capture onto an imaging repository using an Opex Falcon Scanner. Your duties will include reviewing the documents to ensure they are free of foreign objects such as staples or paperclips, and scanning them in accordance with established guidelines. You will also organize completed batches onto designated carts and shelves, and report any checks discovered during the process to your supervisor. Maintenance of office equipment through cleaning and minor repairs will be part of your responsibilities, as well as sorting your work for storage in record center boxes. Once a sufficient number of boxes are filled, you will transport them using a manual or motorized skid jack to the dock area. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing daily written production reports.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
