What We're Looking For

Education | A Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

Experience | 2 years of experience, familiar with CAD and other simulation tools (MathCAD and Simulink), understand GD&T per ASME Y14.5, linear stress analysis, structural mechanical understanding, and the ability to create technical writings

Junior Design Engineer Job Description



  • Support the design and development of mechanical devices.
  • Collaborate with other engineering associates, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Perform mechanical design activities for new product development and sustaining projects.
  • Prepare design 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and all related documentation or reports.
  • Perform analytical and/or experimental testing to validate the design's soundness.
  • Investigate production issues when required and develop solutions.
  • Support test and assembly procedures and reports for design verification and manufacturing.
  • Assist in the fabrication of prototypes, fixtures, and tooling as needed.



Salary | $75,000 - $95,000
