Job Description

About Visa: Visa is renowned for its payments network and robust risk and fraud capabilities. However, what is less well understood is the depth of experience and technical capabilities in the cyber space. This newly created role will be responsible for building a new commercial business and truly establishing Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.

Role Overview: The VP, Head of Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain. This role will drive the strategic direction, product development, and market positioning of Visa's cyber products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa's CISO team, Technology and Risk teams.

*Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.

*Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth and success of the cyber products portfolio.

*Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.

*Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

*Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

*15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)

*10+ years of business, product, and/or commercial leadership experience in the cyber space.

*Experience of product development using Agile frameworks

*Proven track record in device intelligence and risk, behavioral biometrics, bot detection, threat intelligence, and/or managed detection and response.

*Experience in building professional services revenue with a high attach rate to these services is desirable.

*Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

*Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
