About This Essential Role As a critical leader in our organization, the Product Director for AJC Core Experience will shape the future of our flagship subscription product. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will be instrumental in ensuring our product exceeds the evolving expectations of our customers. This is an opportunity to lead with vision, inspire cross-functional teams, and deliver results that make a measurable impact for Atlanta, Georgia, and the South. The Team You Will Join As Product Director, you will become a key player in shaping a dynamic product organization that thrives on collaboration and customer-centricity. You will work closely with editorial leaders, product managers, designers, engineers, research and data specialists to drive innovation and achieve strategic goals. This role requires extensive partnership with our marketing, customer experience, and technology teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and customer needs. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Product and our Chief Product Officer, helping shape the broader product roadmap and organizational strategy. What To Expect in This Role
Your Expertise
USD 144,900.00 - 241,500.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $144,900.00 - $241,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
