Validation Test Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Required Qualifications:
* 10 to 14 years of Life Sciences experience.
* Must have strong experience in CSV and Interoperability Validation with very good knowledge in 21 CFR part 11& GAMP 5 principles
* Must possess in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications including Track and Trace/Serialization, MES, LIMS etc.
* Must have hands on Experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables including Functional Risk Assessment, Test strategies, Validation Plan, Qualification Test Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and system certification summary
* Must have hands on experience in data testing and API testing
* Should have excellent project/program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
* Should be proficient in test management tools
* Should have basic knowledge in test automation
* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
* Nice to have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
* Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must be proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
* Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achievable.
* Participate in Functional Risk Assessments, Author Test strategies, Author/Review IQ, OQ, PQ & Validation Summary report
* Estimate the validation effort for the scope of work and identify the resourcing needs
* Facilitate UAT, Analyze & track the UAT defects to closure
* Support Internal/external Audits and assessments
* Facilitate the defect triage meetings
* Own the execution of project plans ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Provide expertise in CSV and Interoperability Validation to guide project teams and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of systems.
* Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
* Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
* Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
* Utilize domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to drive project outcomes and improvements.
* Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
