Develop and grow client relationships Build reusable tools approaches processes and frameworks designed to define and defend innovative experience transformation solutions Collaborate with other leaders and Experience Transformation practitioners to elevate the Strategy Insight and Product Realization toolkits and capabilities of the team Evolve the offerings delivery models and deliverables alongside experience transformation practitioners and the broader Cognizant collaborators Build a network that turns to you as a trusted advisor and transformation expert relied on for strategic POVs Understand and incorporate complex business strategic and technical requirements into engagement outcomes Design and facilitate successful presentations and workshops for senior executive level clients Lead project design across a range of project types and own the end to end creation of winning proposals Lead organizational business development activities from opportunity identification to sold work Drive thought leadership in at least one core industry or practice discipline Inspire and develop the skills of supporting team members Lead development of new strategy practice tools and processes Actively manage a broad network of stakeholders across the client organization Cognizant Moment and broader Cognizant Proficient in business modeling financial analysis and market assessments to evaluate business viability and identify potential revenue streams. Demonstrated experience in creating strategies for value realization and capturing business value. Strong analytical skills to assess business cases and develop comprehensive strategies for value capture. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2025 The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
