Reporting to the Senior Director of JMCRS IT and as part of the JMCRS IT leadership team, the Director, IT Product Manager is a Senior member of the team, responsible for executing business projects to deliver best-in-class software across the different JMCRS business functions. Execution and strategically focused, the Product Manager is the conduit into the IT delivery portfolio, connecting strategic business goals and objectives to technology solutioning. This role is accountable for assisting in defining technological foundational items that enable the goals and objectives of JMCRS. The Director, IT Product Manager will orchestrate the flow of work within the JMCRS IT Portfolio, engage key stakeholders and ensure exit criteria are met. They will be heavily involved with work within the initial stages of a project, helping to ideate and refine and work with key business stakeholders to take receipt/intake idea. In addition, the Director, IT Product Manager will ensure business readiness, value and acceptance criteria are well defined. They will drive stakeholder & leadership engagement via regular monthly Portfolio Reviews and partner closely with the Solution Architect and Tech & Strategy Leads as the work progresses towards a state of implementation. The salary range is $136,461 - $228,467.
