If so, we want YOU on our team! We're looking for a Contract Analyst to help us streamline agreements, negotiate terms, and lead exciting projects.   • Review & Negotiate Contracts: You'll be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing agreements, including services and software contracts.
  • Lead & Manage Projects: Step up and lead projects when needed, including project design, management, and implementation.
  • Educate & Collaborate: Provide insightful recommendations and educate teams across the organization to ensure smooth contract processes.
  • Analyze Contracts: Dive deep into contract terms and negotiate with internal and external clients to minimize risks and manage exposure.
  • Process Improvement: Play a key role in process improvement discussions and help implement new strategies.
  • Dispute Resolution: Research issues, evaluate opportunities, and facilitate dispute resolution to keep things on track.
  • Requests for Proposals: Lead the process for issuing RFPs and help evaluate responses.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with external parties and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Contract Experience: Experience negotiating and reviewing contracts, particularly in services and software.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint (bonus if you know more!).
  • Independent Worker: You'll be working with limited supervision, so you must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to approach challenges with creative solutions.
  • Organized & Efficient: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and service are always top-notch.
  • Team Player: You're a natural at collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Enthusiastic: You bring positive energy and a genuine interest in the job and its responsibilities.
Preferred:
  • Healthcare Contract Experience: A background in healthcare contracts is a plus, but not required.
