  • Performs and documents a complete health history, based on age and history, and systematically records findings.
  • Performs a complete physical exam, when appropriate, and develops a differential diagnosis list; records in a systematic manner.
  • Assesses patient/family psychosocial/mental health needs, in consideration of physician and age-specific needs.
  • Requests and interprets necessary laboratory and radiographic data for patient treatment management and progress evaluation.
  • Analyzes information gathered, identifies problems and sets priorities.
  • Identifies the effect of health status on family members.
  • Utilizes appropriate communication/interpersonal skills in dealing with families and health team members, presenting positive professional representation of family centered care.
  • Proficient in a variety of EMR applications.
  • Formulates the appropriate differential diagnoses based on the history, physical exam and clinical findings.

Weekend Rotation: Occasional

Current Call Rotation: Fill in open shifts on Regina Ortho Trauma schedule (evenings/weekends).

Pay Range

Pay Range: $55.24 to $76.43 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
