Position Purpose:

This role will work across the digital fulfillment team to provide analyses identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and/or reduce cost, as well as conducting post-project analyses to determine the impact. The role will partner closely with other members of the digital fulfillment team as well as the operations team.

Essential Job Functions: The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Partner closely with Store Operations and Supply Chain teams, as well as other members of the Digital Fulfillment team, to understand business trends and potential opportunities. Research potential opportunities conducting cost/benefit analyses. (10%) Partner with operations team to understand cost trends, develop incremental reporting as appropriate to understand opportunity areas and present to supervisor and/or operations team. (20%) Support supervisor with analyses to determine prioritization of potential opportunities and projects. Conduct post-project analyses to understand overall impact to the business and potential follow-ups. (30%) Monitor and report on KPIs including, but not limited to, fill rate, on time delivery, and fulfillment channel mix. Identify opportunities for improvement and surface to broader fulfillment team. (30%) Provide ad hoc analyses as needed to support all areas of Store Fulfillment including BOPIS, same-day delivery and Ship from Store. (10%)

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Performs additional duties as required.

Provides coverage and support for other members of the Digital Fulfillment Team and broader digital teams as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will not have direct reports.

Education/Experience

Normally requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, operations, or related field.

Professional experience in relevant digital, supply chain, or retail preferred. Strong interpersonal and judgment skills will be required to influence cross-functional partners.
