Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Director, Employee Relations US Wealth Management leads a professional team responsible for providing support to HR business partners and managers on workplace issues, effectively managing workplace risk, and implementing policies and processes to facilitate RBC compliance with legal and regulatory requirements affecting its workplaces. The incumbent will oversee implementation of an employment risk and compliance framework to ensure appropriate identification and assessment of, and reaction to, legal developments. Throughout, the incumbent works collaboratively with the Global Employee Relations team to maximize synergies and avoid a "silo" approach. The expected salary range for this particular position is $130,000-$210,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
