| Job Summary |
As a Tiger Takeoff Camp Counselor, you will lead and supervise campers, ensuring their safety and well-being, while participating in all activities and collaborating with staff to create a fun and supportive camp environment.
Compensation
$550 stipend for Tiger Takeoff overnight camp held July 17-19, 2025
$10 per hour for training held July 14-16, 2025

| Essential Functions |
- Provide leadership, supervision, and positive role modeling for campers, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Stay overnight in assigned residence hall throughout the duration of the camp, actively participating in all activities and classroom instruction
- Offer excellent customer service by creating and implementing challenging, yet fun "hands-on" activities and games, while enforcing Auburn University policies and procedures consistently and non-threateningly
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, demonstrating patience, understanding, flexibility, and effective communication skills to achieve the common goal of providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable camp environment for all participants

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University
- Enrolled in classes during the previous semester and Fall Semester
- Be in good academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA)
- Satisfactory background check
- Attend two Spring Semester Training Sessions
NOT enrolled in any summer classes or have any commitments that overlap with camp training July 14 -16, 2025, or Tiger Takeoff camp July 17-19, 2025
