Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Videographer to join them. You will report to the Internal Communications Director and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

In this role, you will produce compelling visual content for internal and HR communications. You'll create engaging videos that inspire, educate, and inform employees while promoting our company culture and values. You will collaborate with team members across departments to bring innovative ideas to life, enhancing employee engagement and driving internal communication efforts.

To be considered for the Videographer role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
    • A combination of experience and education, or equivalent professional experience, may also be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Proficiency with DSLR cameras, lenses, and workflows.
  • Interest in storytelling and creating engaging visual content.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or graphic design software (e.g., After Effects or Photoshop) is a plus.

As a Videographer, you will:

  • Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for internal communications, HR initiatives, and employee engagement projects.
  • Support the creation of onboarding and training videos that highlight company culture, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Capture and edit footage from internal events, interviews, and team activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR and communications teams to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.
  • Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
  • Organize and manage video files, project assets, and digital archives.
  • Stay up to date on video production trends and propose innovative ideas for content creation.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $60,000.00-$80,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
