Contracts Manager (Andover, MA)

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing approximately 5,600 Placed Capital Agreements across 3,000 customers, along with other sales programs that contribute to roughly a quarter of the U.S. Sports Medicine & ENT revenue. This role will report to the Senior Director of Finance for the U.S. Sports Medicine Business Unit. What will you be doing? In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of two direct reports as part of the Contracts team. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with the sales team and sales leadership to establish Placed Capital Agreements contracts, as well as reporting Placed Capital-related KPIs to the business leadership team and other internal stakeholders on a monthly basis. You will also ensure the minimum required financial return on all contracts by collaborating with the salesforce to enforce customers' contractual purchasing commitments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Group standards while managing all assets placed with customers and maintaining accurate IT system records of the installed base. Your duties will also include performing monthly audits of assets placed in the field and working closely with the IT and Global Shared Services teams to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will collaborate with compliance and legal teams to uphold regulatory and contractual standards. This position is based in Andover, MA, following a hybrid work model with no travel requirements. What will you need to be successful?
