Job Summary
B&A is looking for an
PowerApps Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking a talented
PowerApps Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and implement custom business applications using
Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in
PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of
Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform connectors. You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and create efficient, user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Create and modify Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs.
Develop reusable components and templates for faster deployment.
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and responsiveness of the apps.
Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions.
Create technical documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
Train end-users and stakeholders on how to use the applications effectively.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree
- XXX years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Power Automate and building automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, SQL, or other data sources.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar cloud services is a plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform connectors and custom connectors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills
Experience with AI Builder, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or Machine Learning models
Understanding of UI/UX principles for building intuitive user interfaces
Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
