OverviewThe Cross-channel Marketing Platform Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and integrating platforms across social and web. This position is responsible for the complete lifecycle of web and social media projects, ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional content quality, and continuous optimization. The role requires leveraging AI technologies to enhance the content pipeline and utilizing data-driven insights to drive strategic improvements. Working closely with Social and Web Leads, the Cross-channel Marketing Platform Manager will develop and maintain relationships to effectively understand and resolve their pain points. This role is crucial for maintaining a seamless and efficient content pipeline through expert management, reporting, and AI integration. ResponsibilitiesSummary:Define and optimize the end-to-end process for web and social platforms, ensuring timely delivery of projects and content.Ensure content quality and optimization through data-driven strategies.Implement AI technologies into the content pipeline to streamline processes and enhance output.Develop and maintain close relationships with Social and Web Leads, regularly meeting to understand and address their needs.Analyze data and generate reports to inform optimization strategies.Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the content pipeline.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web and social media content management platforms. Process Design and Execution Designs the process and defines business outcomes for moderately complex processes within their own line of business to assess process performance. Provides input for definition of yearly goals and executes solutions for anchoring to industry standards and process measures, implementing controls, maintaining compliance, optimizing customer experience, and helping to drive cost down. Executes the process by utilizing full working knowledge of process tools and methodologies in accordance with compliance and controls. Drives a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for the processes they are responsible for by using data, research, and assessments. Maintains stakeholder engagement rhythm to drive process outcomes. Maintains partnerships by addressing pain points, and collaborates with business partners to identify alternative solutions and options to resolve challenges. Process Maintenance and Optimization Monitors and evaluate processes, including running and measuring metrics to ensure the process is performing as expected. Interprets analyses to develop ideas for subsequent automation of moderately complex processes by translating data into recommendations. Uses AI, statistical analyses and data to benchmark and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to better understand moderately complex processes and make changes, if needed. Communicates findings to relevant stakeholders to maintain continuous feedback loops. Incorporate process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, Prosci), and implement function-level process improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Incorporates feedback from others to identify opportunities for future process improvements. Process Governance Executes end-to-end governance for moderately complex processes within their own line of business. Maintains documentation for flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements needed. Process Risk Management Executes function-level risk mitigation controls and anticipates risk across a moderately complex process lifecycle (e.g., design, execution, optimization, evaluation), including logging and tracking risk. Shares process risk information and best practices with team. Supplier Governance Maintains supplier governance for outsourced work on behalf of Microsoft. Executes standardization of supplier processes. Monitors and analyzes supplier performance, controls, and metrics. Other Embody our culture and values
