Meeting the current and future Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act is a key component in our mission to drive a best-in-class customer experience on our digital assets. As a Delivery Lead, you will support the continued advancement of accessibility in alignment with our Enterprise Standard to businesses within the organization. Responsibilities: * Support the planning and execution for bringing websites, applications and documents up to current and future standards as they emerge * Draft and manage exception requests for product owners including action item follow up * Collaborate with product owners to gather website inventories * Coordination with 3rd parties, testing teams, technology teams and others that assist with remediation of ADA defects * Responsible for reporting/dashboards and other program activities Skills and Experience: * 2+ years in project management or delivery lead role * Experience in technology * Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel * High attention to detail; organized, analytical * Can work independently * Good communication skills * Experience in regulatory type work * Knowledge of accessibility practices, laws and guidelines a plus *Skills* ada, WCAG *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
