Job Description:
- SPPS support to VP of Operations, prepare weekly staff meeting agenda and weekly staff meeting agenda for SPPS president
- Travel Booking & Expense Reporting for VP of Operations, Sr. Director of Quality, Security, Advanced programs and support to other leaders.
- Special projects/events support including event coordination, conference room set up, and catering.
- 10% - Other duties as assigned - Supply ordering for executive suite to include kitchen items
Required Skills
- Must know Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Microsoft office, Sharepoint and Concur experience
Desired Skills:
- Travel Booking & Expense Reporting for VP of Operations, Sr. Director of Quality, and all of SPPS Leadership as needed. (this is a big part of the job)
- Special projects/events support including event coordination for Executives on site, conference room set up, and catering for meetings at all levels
- Order supplies and keep Executive kitchen and cabinets fully stocked
- Be able to attend to all customer needs as they happen, saying no is never an option
- Support SPPS President while on site in LA
- Able to multi task under minimal supervision, perform a variety of executive administrative support duties that are complex in nature and where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations
Education:
- Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
