Position Overview: As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for addressing operational challenges, facilitating service delivery, and providing project support within the clinic's service line. You will offer administrative and program coordination for our outpatient clinics and related programs. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for program meetings, assisting leadership with project tasks, supporting small projects teams, and digging into the details that help us make decisions that not only ease the way for our caregivers, but dramatically improve the lives of our patients. In this role, an ideal candidate would possess: A passion for working with data and a love for diving into spreadsheets. Mastery of Excel and other data analysis tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier results. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A dedication to serving the human side of healthcare and improving patient outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Experience or background in healthcare clinic work, marketing, or business related experience.
