ABOUT THE ROLE SC Johnson is looking for an experienced internal audit professional to join their global audit team. This is an individual contributor role and will report to an Audit Director. The position will collaborate with Finance Directors and leadership to help ensure that the Company's internal controls are designed to address appropriate risks and effectively protect and enhance value. As Associate Manager, you will leverage your risk- based audit experience bringing value and impact to the organization. As part of this high visibility team, you will lead and conduct audits of SC Johnson's domestic and international businesses. You will make recommendations to improve internal controls, operational efficiencies, adopt Company/industry best practices and assess compliance with corporate policies, contracts and industry or government regulations. As a global function, you will gain broad exposure to a variety of functional areas of the Company including Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Research and Development, Information and Technology, etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
