Facilities Worker Shift: 1st Shift (7AM - 4PM) Pay: $25-$34/hr (Based on experience) We are looking for a Facilities Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, 1st shift position where you will be responsible for maintaining the building, equipment, and grounds. If you're eager to learn and grow with a company, this is an excellent opportunity. Job Description: Perform minor maintenance tasks for the building, equipment, and furnishings. Oversee general building repairs and upkeep. Assist with office moves, including dismantling, packaging, transferring, and assembling furniture and equipment. Maintain and repair structures, electrical systems, small machines, heating systems, plumbing, and carpentry. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts on mechanical equipment and assist with preventive maintenance. Manage cleaning, landscaping, and groundskeeping services. Plan and manage renovation and upgrade projects. Carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
