Personnel Specialist Rating Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking multiple Personnel Specialist Rating Subject Matter Experts (SME), to work as an integral part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. The role is based in Florida and allows for remote work, with no travel required.

Duties:

* Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in a specific area, serving as the primary resource for that knowledge.

* Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.

* Identify and capture relevant knowledge, skills, and procedures from various sources (e.g., documentation, experts, real-world scenarios).

* Provide constructive feedback on training content, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Remain up-to-date on the latest industry standards, best practices, and advancements in your area of expertise.

* Act as a consultant for instructional design, providing guidance and expertise on various aspects of training development.

* Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts from other areas.

* Potentially involved in delivering training sessions or workshops, sharing your expertise directly with learners.

* Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to your area of expertise.

Required Experience:

* Minimum 5-7 years system specific experience.

Required Education:

* BA/BS or equivalent

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
