The Integration Architect will provide technical solutions to support enterprise-wide business operations and implement strategic projects along with providing technical expertise. Using industry best practices, this position will be responsible for planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions. This position will partner across IT and business stakeholders during all aspects of projects and assignments to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions. The position will collaborate with and provide technical oversight to various IT resources such as developers, programmers, architects, and other IT resources as needed.

The Integration Architect will build and maintain effective relationships with management, peers, product owners, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree required. An additional four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Four (4) years of experience in software development including design, analysis, implementation, testing, problem solving, and support required.
• Experience with Java, JSON, XML, Python, Spring, and Spring Boot preferred.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure and Power Platform in a SQL Server environment, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks, is preferred.
• Ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Ability to lead teams, work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required. Lead by example and serve as a mentor for other team members.
• Good understanding/exposure to overall API-Management concepts and fundamentals. Experience in defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration, and deployment.

• Function as subject matter expert and system architecture authority for systems integration. Provide leadership, guidance, and assistance in the design and implementation of technology solutions for PBD business applications portfolio.
• Collaborate with other functions across IT and business, including Independent Health, to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions. Transform business requirements into scalable/manageable and cost-effective solution architecture design.
• Lead the architecting, designing, and deploying of private and hybrid cloud solutions while focusing on the aspects of the overall delivery model.
• Develop written specifications and documentation as required to aid in development, use and support.
• Provide guidance and advocacy with IT leadership and other business stakeholders to prioritize API integration requirements and design reusable integration solutions.
• Create reusability into systems for other IT resources to utilize in their development efforts.
• Manage unit and integration testing of all system functions.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, guidance, and direction to developers and other IT staff in support of key PBD IT projects and initiatives. Remain current in software development, programming, and delivery technology.
• Continuous improvement and exploration of industry API integration standards and technology trends.
• Provide technical support, design, development, and expertise in the resolution of production incidents.
• Ensure stability, integrity, availability, productivity, and efficient operation of assigned systems.

Hiring Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
