  • Straight Talk, TracFone, and Walmart Family Mobile: Straight Talk, Tracfone, and Walmart Family Mobile stand as giants in our brand portfolio, boasting significant presence in Walmart. Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.

  • Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

  • Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research's prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

  • SafeLink: SafeLink remains dedicated to serving customers through government subsidies. With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Owner of Portfolio of Products that are unique to our Value customers. This initially includes Device Protection, Device Financing and Innovation

  • Delivers the vision for these three pillars as it relates to our Value customers, with key business indicators in mind, including driving revenue, driving gross adds and creating experiences that are only available for our Value customers

  • Response and accountable for all product management functions in this portfolio from ideation, stakeholdering, implementation and lifecycle management

  • Creates collaboration with our Brand partners and Finance to deliver world class products

  • Drives Product's investments in conjunction with Finance, PMO and Brand teams

  • Balancing high priority initiatives with business needs, capacity and prioritization

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively, and escalate as needed for timely resolution

  • Providing actionable recommendations to management to continue to drive product wide KPIs, such as active product users, revenue and reduced churn.

Where you'll be working:

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Strategy, Product, Finance, Analytics or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred

  • 12+ years' experience in product management or a strategy role, implementing launches and enhancements

  • A proven track record of utilizing insights from data to drive change

  • Broad business knowledge in telecom, financing, insurance and technology space

  • Keen understanding of P&Ls and an eye for identifying new opportunities

  • Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization

  • Significant experience developing, implementing and tracking metrics, data analysis and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint/Word/Excel (Slides/Docs/Sheets)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager. Scheduled Weekly Hours40 Equal Employment Opportunity
