Branch Manager
Job Summary
Oversee
daily operations of Dry Ice branch. Manage and coordinate distribution of
dry ice and ensure customer deadlines are met and service goals are
achieved. Manage CDL B drivers to deliver safe and efficient service for customer
demands. Maintain and work with third party to ensure trucks are serviced
and maintained per DOT Regulations.
Analyze data to assess performance, discover
logistical problems and devise plans for improvements. Follow Company
policies, create and implement safety procedures for branch.
Essential Functions
Plan and
manage distribution operations to achieve set goal
Provide
for the safety of employees, customers, and members of the community
Full
Profit & Loss responsibility for the a Distribution branch business unit
Serve as
primary point of contact for servicing customer accounts
Plans,
organizes, staffs, directs and controls all office and warehouse activities
Manages
CDL B drivers, transportation fleet and DOT regulations
Delivers
efficient warehouse & inventory management
Executes
accurate processing of daily sales tickets

other duties as assigned
Complies
with all policies and standards
Qualifications
Associate's degree - Preferred but not
required
Work Experience
4 - 6 years - Management of Drivers
and DOT experience - Required
