Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$38.48 - $50.01 / hour

Lee Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor of Vascular Access Nursingto join our respected clinical leadership team. This position plays a vital role in overseeing a team that provides critical vascular access services across our health system, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and patient outcomes.

Reporting to an experienced nursing leader, this role is ideal for a confident clinician with a strong foundation in vascular access and a passion for leading teams in a complex, collaborative care environment.

Qualifications:
Clinical experience in Vascular Access Nursing preferred
Clinical experience in related fields such as Interventional Radiology, Apheresis, ICU, Oncology, Outpatient Infusion, or Emergency Department considered
Nursing leadership experience preferred
Active RN license in the State of Florida (or eligible)
Bachelors degree in Nursing required (or in progress)
