SUMMARY The International Materials Trading Specialist is responsible for performing contract management duties, generating invoices and payables for consumers, data management, and reporting and scheduling consumer loads. In addition, this role plays a crucial part in our international trading team by working with brokerage suppliers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Generate consumer invoices and supplier payables based on company processes and procedures
- Perform contract management duties such as, but not limited to, contract distribution to suppliers/ consumers, price updating, and finalization
- Perform data entry and data management within internal systems
- Work closely with brokerage suppliers following PO terms and conditions regarding material pickup and delivery
- Follow company policy when handling consumer satisfaction on non-conforming brokerage loads
- Develops and creates reports for internal and external users utilizing Excel and system-generated reporting
- Schedule loads, handle issues (i.e., rejections/downgrades) and all other consumer-related concerns that pertain to delivering goods to the plant for end consumers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must be able to travel by air, rail, or car based on the most efficient and effective mode of travel to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Must be able to interact in person with coworkers and the public.
- Must be able to handle high stress situations.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business or transportation/logistics (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-6years ofinternational customer service-related experience, as well as training in the metal recycling industry
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and the geographical location of countries and ocean ports
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Routinely sits; uses hands to type; reach with hands and arms
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
